Hi mikemcn! Excellent progress! So glad you have joined us. Please feel free to jump in whenever you are ready and please feel free to also start any topic that may be of interest to you. You can also add your own challenge whenever you like. I started with FB back in July although I was on my weight loss journey before that. The FB really got me motivated and now I am doing much more exercise. Even though I continue to log my food and exercise a lot, I feel my weight loss efforts have stalled. Even so, I know my fitness level has improved. However, I have learned to not give up and keep working at it. That is what is so great about all that FB has to offer...tons of inspiration and motivation. I sent you a friend request.
