Muscle recovery is essential for growth, strength, and overall performance. After intense workouts, muscles need time to repair and rebuild, which helps prevent injuries and improves endurance. Proper recovery includes adequate rest, hydration, protein intake, and stretching, along with techniques like foam rolling and active recovery. Sleep also plays a crucial role, as it allows muscles to heal and grow. Prioritizing recovery not only enhances performance but also ensures long-term progress in fitness.

Also, be careful of Readiness score. Readiness score measures your cardio recovery. That may be different than your muscular recovery. If you get a good Readiness score but feel tired, believe your body. It's not lying.
