My workout!

Today I am going to be doing the following:

treadmill (4 min)

shoulder press

squats

treadmill (4min )

skull crushers

chest press

wall sits

treadmill (4 min)

bicep curls

wall taps 

 

---- My question is ..... What's the best way to log this?  Should I just do each one separately on MapMyFitness?  Fitbit?  I don't knoooow!!!! Lol.  Suggestions?

Which Fitbit tracker do you have? If it’s a model that supports Multi-Sport, you could use Circuit Training, Bootcamp, Workout etc. I don’t think this will have a major impact on total calories (if it’s the reason why you want to log it), since your HR and the intensity of your activity should be detected anyway.

I found how to put circuit training on there .... But is there a way to edit what you are doing, or is that just it? And I have a Charge 2

No, "Circuit Training" is "Circuit Training", and that’s it. Same with "Weights": you can’t tell Fitbit what specific exercises you’re doing, number of sets, reps etc. If you need to log that level of details, you should find another app.
