Mytime Kroger schedule - Tracking daily activity and sleep patterns more effectively with Fitbit

I’ve been using Fitbit regularly to monitor my daily steps, heart rate, and sleep, and I’m curious how others make the most of the data. Do you focus more on trends over mytime Kroger login or daily targets? Also interested in any tips for improving sleep tracking accuracy or using insights to build better long term habits. Looking forward to hearing how others approach this.

@wasifalis The daily targets are a motivation but I don't overly analyze it since I just go by how I feel each day in terms of my exercise exertions and how I feel with the previous night's rest.  I've stuck to a habit of prioritizing sleep and exercise (any movement) and have noticed better breathing, better recorded heart rates and better-rest sleeps.  It's a good cycle, what you get out of it is really what you put in.  That and a little competition with myself to do better than yesterday.
