Hello,
With a bit of luck if this post catches on you might find an exercise that may be new to you. And it might become your new favourite.

I have a lot, but my new faves are medicine ball exercises and curtsy squats. For cardio, has to be running!

Favourite? I'd have to say walking. Stress and mostly, unless it's hot out, sweat free.
If I have to pick something that's more strenuous, I mostly enjoy step aerobics. At my gym it's a "group blast" class. I wish I could find a class that was more like the ones I took back in the '90s.

I really love doing Zumba! Also the knock off version that Wii has out is fun too! It makes an hour go by super fast, espeically if you do it with friends.

Does eating count?
If not, then running.

Biking.
As intense as I want it, usually intense, for as long as I have time for. And despite that, can usually do it again the next day if time/weather allows.
Jogging to get the needed weight bearing component in though, and upper body lifting for that balance.

I like everything! But any exercise that has anything to do with dancing....I'm in! I do enjoy the step.....great cardio & tone if using weights in between.

I know it's not cardio, but yoga is my favorite thing to do. It balances the strength training so well (I mean, c'mon, it's stretching! :-P), and it's so relaxing.
For strength training: Deadlift Squats
Cardio: Swimming when I want to focus and high-resistance elliptical when I want to listen to music and zone out

I have been doing Cardio Drumming for 3 weeks and I LOVE it! It is the most fun fitness class I've ever taken. According to my fitbit, I burned 658 calories doing it last night. The hour goes by really fast and I don't want it to end and that really says something.

Weightlifting in order of my favourites:
I really want to get in to the olympic style lifts but the Oly platform in my gym is right in the middle with all the machines facing it, if I screw up I will have a huge audience of people on treadmills and elipticals 😞
