Hi all! I'm tiny everywhere but my belly. I got s stubborn belly fat and that I want to firm. I have access to the gym but I can't bring any trainer there. Anyone knows what good workout plans I can use?? To firm my belly? Also I'm vegetarian what kind of food should I eat? I know protein right? What are some good before and after workouts meals? I also have thyroid so it's so hard to loose weight sometimes. 😢 I'm always hungry.

To lose belly fat you "simply" have to keep losing weight until your belly fat goes. You cannot target burn fat like you can target build muscles. Unfortunately, belly fat is typical the last to go. So eating at a deficit and any work out will help towards that goal. Log your food so you know how many calories you eat and see where you need to change a few things.

It’s exactly as @Esya put it. The only way to spot-reduce your belly fat would be liposuction, and it’s probably not an option you’d want to consider. Otherwise your diet will be the main tool to reduce the belly fat (though you may end up reducing fat from other, less desirable areas as well). You are correct that eating enough protein has a positive effect on body composition (both when eating at a deficit for fat loss and at a surplus for muscle gains). If your protein come from plants, you’ll have to combine them (e.g. rice + beans) in order to get all the essentials aminoacids. If you’re also eating eggs and dairy, it’s less of an issue.

although you can not spot reduce your abdominal is a large muscle that inadvertently works all the time. you engage your belly muscles when you walk. lift, bend over, etc. Keeping yourself moving and doing some form of strength training in addition to good low calorie nutrition will help reduce your belly. I am also making an assumption based on your name that you have recently had a baby. That reduction takes time. your body went through an extraordinary change, give it time to bounce back.
