Hi Everyone- Over the past few years, I have lost and kept off 130 lbs. One of my girlfriends suggested I make a blog about my journey. I am a writer, so I figured- why not?

 

I blog about running, weight loss, food and nutrition, and motherhood (I have two step sons 12 and 17 and a 3 year old son).

Thank you! I am constantly so inspired by others, and they motivate me. So, I figured, why not put my story out there? I currently teach full-time and have a few other educational blogs I write, so I do not know how long I can keep this one going, but I do enjoy a more casual writing environment on a topic I am passionate about!
