I have always been a walker but never counted steps until my brother bought me a Charge 2 for the holidays.
I tag in at a little over 30,000 a day...15 miles of pure joy.
6 am I start with a five mile jog which takes less than an hour.
Through the day I walk 5 more, using any opportunity to stroll....then, at 5 pm I power walk 5 more. 30 done easy.
I really didn't know what distance I covered before Fitbit.
Walk on friends....walk on.

Best AnswerGo away!!! You make me feel positively pudgy, lazy and thoroughly ashamed of my mere 5000 to 7000 steps 😉
Seriously though, well done keep it up 30,000 a day is an impressive amount you must really love to be out and about while enjoying the scenery in all that fresh air. Toss in a few stairs to spice things up a bit if you like.
Now if only I could catch up to that snail that overtook me the other day I'd be really happy. 😉
