There is a new app which interfaces with fitbit which can calculate your PAI
The old PAI Health and Memento are both shut down
PAI or personal activiy intelligence awards points for increased heart rate (from increased activity) and the aim is to get to 100
MIA Health is on app store
I found PAI an excellent way to motivate me to move more. It has some evidence to suggest that a PAI of 100 gives good cardiovascular and mortality benefit

@bettyboo I had the PIA app on my phone before it was shut down. It is motivating, because it rewards you for lower level activity that doesn't meet Fitbit's active zone minutes. Your link says it's only available in Norway and Denmark. I can see a preview in an App store web page - MIA Health - but it isn't in the US App Store. Where are you located?

@bettyboo Thanks for the update. Memento U is available in the US App Store. I didn't download it, because it it has 1.9/5 stars rating. The majority are 1/9 stars. I hope the new version is better.
