What should the daily percentage of each nutritional value be? I assume that it matters.
I am staying within my targeted calorie goal. Suggestions from the panel?
I am at my target weight and I want to stay there.

Hey there @SkyeWalker ! Welcome to the forums
While Fitbit's Food Plan and calorie goal do not add towards a maintenance caloric goal, out third party MyFitnessPal has a caloric goal for a Maintenance Level. I recommend to link your Fitbit Profile to MyFitnessPal which has users all over the world and a huge database, including barcode scanner and recipe builder.
They are supported both through a computer as well as through most Smartphones. You can get more information on this page.
Hope this helps!

In all honesty, it depends on what your true goal is. Are you looking to just maintain your weight? Or are you looking to have muscle growth/fat loss?
Personally, my carbs are low (unless I plan a long run in advance), my protein high.

It highly depends on your current weight/BMI, your metabolism, activity rate, health, etc... but a very basic ratio is 50/30/20% calories from carbs/protein/fat. I personally follow the Zone diet due to insulin resistance and a low metabolism, and that is a 40/30/30% ratio.
