Pilates

Anyone doing Pilates out there? I just started today and thought it was amazing. Did some really good stretches and some sit-ups that I would never have been able to do before. I feel like this will be a good way to shape up, does anyone else have a view?

I do Pilates some times. I do a variety. But Pilates is an excellent exercise

I try and do three 1/2 hour sessions a week.  I find if I keep to it my back never bothers me (and once was constantly a problem).  I enjoy the moves and the stretching makes me feel great.

I love pilates, its so good for sculpting your body and keeping in great shape.  Try mtv pilates dvd its very good

I only started pilates on Tuesday and can't wait for the next session on Tuesday of this week. The following week I think I might do two sessions a week of an hour each to try to get some results faster. I really do think it is an excellent exercise and not done in a mad panic! Thanks for the responses! X
