Share your success stories on the forums

 i want to be able to share my accomplishments with other teenagers and hear what they have been doing to better themselves so I made a group for teens of all ages 13-19 called "Teens fitness" so shoot me a dm and I will add you

It’s never a good idea to DM a stranger, especially one whose first post is a solicitation for private communication. It would be much better to communicate your common interests here in this thread.

do you have a better way then for me to reach out to others my age to create a group, this is the only way that I could get a message to kids like me who don't feel comfortable posting their pictures and progress in front of a bunch of older people? not sure how messaging someone on a fitness app just giving their username could put anyone at risk but ok

Hi @joemccormickk - This might be a better approach for you. Start posting your thoughts and experiences here. Better yet, start a new thread ... something with a topic name like “Teens helping each other” or something like that. Post there and get the conversation going. See who responds. Meet teens that way. You and they can decide about friending each other or keeping things in the thread. As you get to know people and develop a bigger base of friends, you can float the idea of forming a group. Take things slowly. Let people get to know you. I’m sure you have a lot to offer. So do other teens. Think of it as more an exercise of helping each other ... sharing stories ... asking for or offering advice.
