My fibit syncs my sleep record okay with the appropriate red bars for the times I wake up at night but over the last two days it started reporting my actual time asleep as 100% even though I had awakened five or six times during the night. Is there a fix for this?

Same here, but it only started last night. It says 0 times awakened, even though there are three widish red bars (trips to the bathroom), and 100% sleep efficiency. This must be a bug.

I sent a customer service email yesterday, but no word yet. I also posted a screenshot of my graph for the community advocate yesterday. Same problem today, no word from anyone. Every one should contact customer service!
Yes! I was actually looking on the discussion board to see if anyone else was having the same issue. The graph looks correct but the dashboard always says 0 times awakened; 100% efficiency despite the graph. The Fitbit site was down about 2 days ago and the problem started right after it was up again.
Best AnswerYes I have been having problems for the past 2 niights. Last night my Force showed I was awakened 22 times but have 100% sleep effficiency. Very similar data for the night before. I am working on improving my sleep habits and this is no thelping.
Best AnswerSame thing here - I import my fitbit data to an online sleep clinic I'm in and the sudden change in data is making it difficult. I'm manually subtracting the restless time from it to put it in to the other site. And the weekly fitbit sleep reports are going to be really screwed up.
Best AnswerYes - I've only had my fitbit less than a week. First couple of nights it was fine in sleep mode, but last few nights despite the chart and data saying I was awake for several hours, it's counting all time in sleep mode as me being asleep, and therefore having 100% sleep efficiency. It's as if it's forgotten to subtract the awake time.
