Steps not showing up

Anyone else have issues with the not being able to see it get the steps on the app? I just switched to Google mostly because I got locked out and now I cannot access steps taken and don't see anywhere where I can add it in, anyone else having this issue?

Hello @jeff9870 

Which Fitbit device do you use? Are you iOS or Android user? Which version of the Fitbit app do you have?

To find your app version info:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today app
  • Tap on Help in the menu that opens
  • The app version info should be on the Help page

If you can share a screenshot of what you're seeing in the app, that would be very helpful.
