I got my Fitbit Flex 2 days ago. I'm trying to get as much steps as I can in. I avoid taking the escalator and elevator as much as possible and take the stairs. When I'm brushing my teeth or in the shower etc I'm stepping in place.
Do whatever it takes to get your steps in. Don't stand still if you don't really need to 🙂
