Hi @Deezy123. I like Hasfit's cool down routines. There's no glamour in their routines or the workouts that you'll find on You Tube and on their web sites. But these guys know what they're talking about; and their workout, warm-up, and cool-down routines are very effective. The only criticism I have is that the background music on most of their videos is atrocious.

I have been working out for few years and not even once stretched.
I don’t have time for it and don’t like it.
For basic life needs, why do I need to do it? Not saying stretching is wrong….
I am not just an average Joe who likes to work out by lifting weights.
