Hi @Deezy123. I like Hasfit's cool down routines. There's no glamour in their routines or the workouts that you'll find on You Tube and on their web sites. But these guys know what they're talking about; and their workout, warm-up, and cool-down routines are very effective. The only criticism I have is that the background music on most of their videos is atrocious.

Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Go to youtube and search for them. They have a lot of different ones.

Easier to see then explain.

I don't think enough people stretch. I like to use a tent as an example for why it is important.

A tent is your muscle and is tied down by guy ropes which ar like the tendons and ligaments. As the muscle (the tent) gets bigger and you don't stretch the guy ropes become tight and may lead to inflammation or injury. So why not stretch the ligaments and tendons to grow with your muscle? I have just become a yoga enthuse can you tell lol?

I have been working out for few years and not even once stretched.

I don’t have time for it and don’t like it.

For basic life needs, why do I need to do it? Not saying stretching is wrong….

I am not just an average Joe who likes to work out by lifting weights.
