In the past 10 days I have had 2 conversations about Fitbit Routines:
1: I commented to my yoga teacher/friend that I had tagged on a 5-7 min yoga routine after my morning swim. She commented that doing that was far more practical and more likely to be consistent than trying for a 30-45 minute video yoga routine that is too easy to procrastinate out of.
2: A health care provider who gave me the Covid booster - she struggles with finding time to exercise and we chatted about how many of the routines are only 10 minutes or so judging by my heart rate it gets nicely into the fat-burn etc. rates. Much easier to do this than getting showered/dressed and heading to the gym.
I do have Premium which gives a wide variety of routines to play with and have lost 8lb. over the past year!
So just thought I would post this as Fitbit is way cheaper than I-watches and works for me and my lifestyle.
