That stinks!  I dont' think they asked any users what they want!  I'm so disappointed!

I am indeed a rather simple creature, working hard to meet goals and hold myself accountable. A massive part of my support WAS achieved by sharing my activities on social media. As I have already said… I am a simple creature… but without this functionality I am really really upset. My friends cheering me on meant everything to me, and overnight you have just removed this function… can someone please explain why??

You may be thrilled but not many of us users are thrilled.

This new design is boring. Everything looks the same so it is hard to actually find what you are looking for.

Please work on a new update and please be more creative and colorful.

So annoying to be stuck with this format.

I dislike the look and feel of the new app interface.

It is not easy enough to focus on the things I want to focus on.

I think it has a very soft aesthetic, it doesn't scream motivation to me.

This has genuinely got me considering changing my device.

Ironically my fitbit overheated on charge after a swim and is now dead. Have bought a xiomi smart band as an interim measure. It also has  irritating graphics but has some very nice features - not as accurate as a fitbit but do I really care?

I don’t like the new app! Times for my runs are rounded off to minutes only! No seconds! That’s useless. Went for a hike yesterday and it recorded 2hours. I doubt that I finished in 120 minutes exactly. How can I use this app to track progress without accurate data.

@AC111 which Fitbit device are you using? Are you using the Android or iOS mobile app?

I recently downloaded the new update. I HATE the new layouts, fonts etc. Was it designed for/ by children? Cannot see my steps for the week/ month easily any more either. Can l go back to the old version? Is it still available?

I miss the clear color coding on hart rate zones and speed on the training maps.
the new colors are too much a like and not enough distinguished.
I understand it might align better with all other lay out but training maps aren't clear anymore and that's a pity.

Can this be looked at and re-install former colors and/or make it possible the user can select his own color scheme for what suits him best?

Shame!  Shame!  Shame!

Horrible.  No dark mode.  Dumb rounded bars instead of stats.  Android system buttons overlayed with bottom buttons, basic testing would avoid that.  Come on, release quality products, don't release because of some date.

Tell the VP insisting on rebranding they're not serving their Customers' best interest.

I got off the Fitbit train. their customer service is just terrible, I got my company and a few other to remove Fitbit from the health refund program.

The current app seems to be eating data on Android phones in the background, which is unfair
