How do I set up the date and time

In the app, go to Account > Advanced Settings:
If Automatic Time Zone is selected (as in my case above), your Fitbit should get the time displayed on your mobile device once you sync it. If/when you are in a new time zone, the time/date will be updated on your Fitbit (again, based on what’s displayed on your mobile device).
