Low impact aids

Looking for low impact aids like tai chi that I can do at home. I am not good at yoga.  Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Personally, I think Tai Chi is one of the very best forms of exercise: load-bearing, fluid not fast, stress-reducing. It has a lot of mental and physical benefits not found in most exercises.

 

You might also look at Qigong, which is even more simplified than Tai Chi.
