Training for people with limited time?

I came across this article while I was looking through "Slate" magazine. It seems to make some good points to me. www.quora.com/What-is-a-good-fitness-plan-for-someone-who-is-extremely-busy?ref=slate&rel_pos=1

I hope this link works - I am not all that good at this kind of thing - lol

Worked just fine.

And very true.

It's the normal issue of a study finds a certain protocol useful for specific purpose.

News media takes it and twists it a tad more.

People spread that around and apply it to totally the wrong thing and think useful.

It's like the whole fad of HIIT - when I've found the vast majority aren't even doing HIIT really, so they aren't getting the benefit that HIIT brings.

Like those Tabata workouts, throw the name on another workout and for whatever reason hope it's popular because of that.

I stopped reading when he said squats were worthless. He might make a good pointon certajn aspects (the watering down of research to become ineffective), but his presentation, grammar and ideas make it hard to take him seriously.
