Two-A-Days!

Is there anyone who does two-a-days?
What how do you plan and do yours? What type of workout do you do for both?

I do two a days most days.  I jog in the morning (hope to make that running in the near future) and lift 3 days a week in the evening.  I try to jog for 50 minutes +- 10 min and my weights are about 40 minutes of compound only moves (bench, military, lat pull downs, rows, squats).

@divedragon @EpicTortillas For endurance training I sometimes walk to work which is about 5+ miles in the morning and then aim for a 45+ minute run in the evening.

I would run in the morning, but I don't want to smell at work.

In reality, I guess I do 3 a days.  I jog in the morning 40-50 minutes, walk at lunch for 45 to 60 minutes and then lift/HIIT in the evening.  Intermittent fasting means I don't eat breakfast or lunch so the time is filled with activity.
