VO2 Max

Any advice on how to get your VO2 max up? mine has been wavering constantly and I'm not sure how to consistently keep it up.

By "wavering constantly", what kind of fluctuations are we talking about? Do you perceive clear differences in your cardio fitness level when it’s up or down? Did you read the in-app tips for improving your cardio fitness score?
