hello,
when I make my walking or running or both interval, the fitbit is counting the steps,
but do I have to track this 1 hour exercise, so it'l count it in the weekly exercises?
when I add this hour to the exercises, it adds steps to the total. I like it, but do I worth it?

Mine tracks steps and time so I don't manually enter it.

I think you are asking about active minutes so it shows in your total days per week... you do not have to track it manually. if you are seeing active minutes and they are your goal or greater, it will give you credit for active day. If you are asking if it will capture it as a walk or run... depending on how long you do each it may capture both.

@gali: Can you please tell me what kind of tracker you have?
I previously owned Flex. This one you have to start tracking from the app. Otherwise, it would count only the steps. Now I use Charge 2. Automatically, it tracks the exercise (depends on how long you are walking or running) and steps.

well, emilly,
no, it's not the active minutes.
I mean the exercise days. when I swim, I track the 1 hour of swiming and so bike or spining or pilates.
there is olso a posibilty of walk/run, that I wear the fitbit during the activity, but I thought perhaps I can add the time and km for the kals.

Track it as a walk or a run and it will calculate what you are looking for.
