How do I use or set up my Charge 2 while weight training? I work out 3 to 4 days per week (with a day of cardio in between) for about an hour.

Hi @Asclepias Welcome to the forum. For weight training, I'd use the Workout option. You can add this to your exercise shortcuts and start it from your tracker as you beginning your workout. Hope that helps. Have fun!
