Applying the principles of sub-macro rationics  as they relate to non particularties it becomes clear that the most probable solution might be arrived at by adding the integers then multiplying the sum by the number of integers and finally dividing that number by the number of integers .

When engaged in the Starting Strength program, one will find oneself eventually unable to complete three sets of five reps. At that point, we recommend adding a small amount of weight and performing three sets of four reps, or 3x4.
