Hi @luckypenguin - I find that feeling better makes me feel more attractive. I set small goals, such as 5 pounds. Then when I get there, I try walking around a bit with a 5 pound weight to feel the difference. 10 pounds, 10 pound weight (or cans of food or flour). You get the idea. I’ve spent many years thinking I will be attractive once I get down to a certain weight. It was not very motivating. I find small victories motivating. They make me feel better about myself … more attractive. Hang in there.
