I’m not familiar with that particular wii activity but that seems odd that it wouldn’t count anything, do you have the same posture and range of motion when walking for the wii that you usually have when walking? There may be some limitation to your movements that are causing your steps to not be picked up.
Best AnswerI've never had luck getting the fitbit to track my walking in place. I think our bodies don't bounce enough. If you tried running in place that may give you more vertical motion, but that's hard on the ankles. You could try calf raises?

Best AnswerMoving your arms as if you were actually walking seems to help. At least it does with our when using the balance board. It seems a bit awkward at first for stepping but it doesn't take long to get the hang of it, just a few minutes.
