Whether it is to boost your training efficiency before your main workout or if you're just short on time and prefer to complete a short workout routine for those stressful days when you barely have time left, I thought it'd be very informative for everyone in the forums to know what short workout routines have worked out for you.
Personally, I used to jump rope for 10 minutes and I'd combine it some push-ups and sit-ups, so no more than 15-20 minutes.
What about you? Feel free to share the short workout routines that have given you the best results!

I usually pop on my bike and go for a virtual 15 Minute ride hehe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPrm_5u-9HM

Bike is always a great choice, @healthy2022! My stationary bike broke last year, but it was so practical 😀😢

I climb stairs for a short, intense cardio workout.

Aww, that's a bummer. It is super practical! I have it in my bedroom so I can jump on it whenever needed haha

I would love to try a peliton or Norded track bike/exercise bike.Still greatful. Spin classes have been shut down since covid. I have a recliner bike, it was suggested due to failed back surgery. Now hopefully recovered from foot surgery, I am hoping to get back out there asap. Keep peddling. And adding to the conversation.

That's very effective, @cathm! When I was still going to the office before the pandemic, I used to take the stairs all the time, and it was a really good exercise.
Yes, @healthy2022! It's one of the most effective and practical workouts for sure. 😀
Thank you for sharing your experience and your workouts, @Yorenee1, and I hope you recover soon so you can get back on track! 😁
