I have linked my Fitbit to the World Walking App and up until 4 days ago it was syncing and updating the app with no issues at all. For the last few days none of my steps are going across to the World Walking App. I have tried disconnecting my fitbit and then connecting again but still it doesnt work. I've turned off bluetooth and back on again but still no luck.
Has anyone else had this issue or have any ideas of what I can do to make it pick the steps up again?
Same here! I can’t work out what the issue is, tried in the app & on the website. There was a Fitbit app update that I applied about the same time as it stopped working but not sure if that’s anything to do with it
Best AnswerI got in touch with the World Walking people- they have fixed the issue, but it may take a few days to sync all the outstanding accounts. Considering they are a small charity with limited staff, they got back to me really quickly!
