Everyone is different, but for me 1200 activity calories is lightly active. 1500 is Active.

I reckon this is a Premium feature (related to benchmarking?), right? I can’t see Fitbit putting me into any category, based on my activity level.

I would think you would need to up your activity every so often until you get to where you want to be for activity level. I don't have premium so I am not sure how it classifies but it would make sense that it is different for everyone based on calories burned during an activity...

Best AnswerThanks everyone! Yes, it is one of those confusing premium features. Under weekly activity it states whether you are sedentary...lightly active...and so on.
