I have an older set of the Zumba DVDs so It isn't the ones that come with the rizer (their spelling, not mine lol). My favorite DVD in the set is the 20 minute ab workout but it does a lot for legs too! Anyone else enjoy some Zumba?

I prefer social/group classes and zumba can be a great way to meet people. The main goal of zumba is to have fun while working out and you don't have to be a dancer although I am and I love it.

Even if i've had a slow day, when I go to Zumba I always hit my 10,000 step goal for the day. On average, each class is about 7000-8000 steps in an hour (for me).

I did my first 60 minute zumba class last night. It was great fun, high impact and I certainly raised a sweat. It was also about 7000 steps!

I'm a big fan of Zumba @sabitabi88! I don't have the DVD's but I download the videos whenever I can so I can do some exercise at home. Before I was able to go to the gym and do some Zumba but the gym closed so now I don't have another option but to do it by myself for now.

Wow @lindrab! Those are excellent results. I'm still working on getting some weight off but I'm sure I'll get there soon. My plan is to lose about 15 pounds. I really need to if I want for my favorite pair of pants to fit again
