It would be a very long winded calculation to count each set of reps, etc. An easier way to to wear a heart rate monitor. You can buy them pretty cheaply. I wear a bluetooth connected version that cost $70, but you can get a simple watched based model for as little as $14 (the cheapest one I've bought). In my experience they all seem to give pretty much the same reading (I've owned quite few versions over the years - I have a tendency to lose them, or put them through the wash)
Intregued, I looked for the calorie count per hour of body pump. Its not as hight as I estimated.
Its ~480 calories per hour for a make, and ~340 for a female. You can get a lot more more details from the official body pump website.

I wore a heart rate monitor a few times to Body Pump and I think I burned around 380 calories, according to it. For me, that is about a METs value of 6, or 6 times my BMR calories per minute.
