Are you looking for specific body parts or a full body workouts?  I have some kettlebell workouts that I do on cardio days and on leg days, which really bumps up the calorie output.  You can always check out crossfit.com for some of the workouts of the day, which are always pretty intense for both strength and cardio.  Let me know what you are are trying to accomplish.  Ken.

What is your goal? What sort of routine are you looking for; split, full body, concentration? Are you a beginner?

I loosely follow the 5-3-1 plan with periodization Bible acessory work.

Squat day- Squats w/barbell on 5-3-1 plan

Back extensions @ 15-20 reps and 5 sets

Weighted sit ups " "

Lunges with resistance bands " "

Deadlift day- Deadlifts w/barbell on 5-3-1 plan

Sumo Squats w/dumbells @ 15-20 reps and 5 sets

Hamstring lifts " "

Side bends with dumbbells " "

Overhead Press day w/barbell- 5-3-1

Pushups " "

One arm rows " "

Tricep extensions

Bench Press day w/ barbell- 5-3-1

Chest flies w/dumbbells " "

One arm rows " "

Tricep extensions
