No but you really need to check with your DR to make sure something is not wrong. Its nothing to play around with.

Make an appointment.

No. That shouldn't be happening ! Make an appointment to go and see your doctor !

In the meantime you can pick up cheap, but reasonably accurate Sphygmomanometers to check on your Blood Pressure and Pulse Oximiters to verify your Pulse and Blood Oxygenation ...

No.  As others said, go see your Dr. sometime soon.

Dizzyness when exercising could be caused by dehydration, high blood pressure, or any number of other possible conditions, from heart problems to a hiatus hernia.   If your insurance will cover it, you should ask for a treadmill stress test.   Get hooked up to a bunch of sensors/bp monitor and then set off walking up an increasing incline.  That should rule out any underlying health issues.

No, like everyone else said, go get checked out to be safe. I'm a big believer in positive thinking can heal most, so you're likely okay, but it's better to be safe. Please. You may also want to check with a chiropractor.

On a bit of a different note, if you are not getting enough nutrients from solids, water, or are detoxing... all those easily remedied factors might be the cause. Good luck and be safe, Catcheck!

The symptoms you are describing are a possible precursor to a syncopatic episode, ie; fainting. Fainting is caused by a loss of oxygen to the brain.  It is possible that your bodies natural response to exercise,by increasing blood flow to the muscles in your legs, is causing a reduction or blood flow to your brain.  I have had the same problem, and usual have fairly low blood pressure which will exasperate the problem. Make sure you are drinking lots of fluid, to keep hydrated, and try not to overheat yourself by walking in unusually warm weather. When you feel those symptoms while walking make sure you take a rest until you are feeling normal. I second the others opinion to see a Dr. there are medical issues such as irregular heartbeat that may be causing these symptoms.

No...unless my blood sugar is wicked-low.  Track when you feel dizzy, and try to find a catalyst (is it because your'e not eating, standing up too quickly, etc.) and go see a doctor.  It could be an inner-ear imbalance, etc.

some things could be lack of water, electrolytes and salt. i have to take these pills that dissolve in water because i get light headed when i workout. they are called nuno and you can get them on amazon. if that doesnt work then something serious could be wrong.
