My fitbit stopped synching on 18 aprl. It says battery low on website though i have charged the fitbit several times. I have two usb connectors due to my previous device that i lost. I have tried both usb connectors but neither works. How can i synch my steps to website ?

In addition to reinstalling Fitbit Connect, as suggested by @WendyB , you may also want to restart your Fitbit.

ok. so does the fitbit light up when i restart it ?
I oressed twcice on the spot, but nothing happens. Surely doesn't make a difference.
I tried reinstalling the software but it doesn't recoganize the fitbit.

My fitbit 1 did this the other day. It would not sync with my mobile or laptop but was still displaying steps, alarms etc. It also kept saying the charge was low despite my having recharged it. I tried all Help suggestions, restarted it, unistalled/reinstalled etc to no avail. Interstingly despite not syncing it was showing the calories burnt on my dashboard but nothing else. I figured it had some serious issues so got a replacement today and have my fingers crossed.

notice that when i take it out to recharge that it is wet around unit in
armband.
I don't think i will buy another fitbit. Gotta find something better out on
market.
It is just 6 months old. For the price, it has to last longer.

I have two USB sticks for my laptop - due to previous fitbit that i owned.
I don't think it would make a difference which usb stick i use in laptop to upload data. Has anybody else found this to be a problem ?
I just checked the battery in fitbit - it is still charging.
