My versa 3 is most inaccurate versa yet. I've had two other versa's and they weren't great but this one is incredibly bad. I take basically the same difficult (up hill ) walk every other day and the stats are always different. This has been going on for over a year. I try to just ignore it but then I wonder why I even have it. Needed to vent.

But you didn't even mention which stats you are talking about. For instance, if you walk faster one day, the stat of length of workout will be shorter.
I don't doubt your issue, but with just generalities, will take it as you said, just a vent.

The stats i'm referring to: zone minutes (one walk it will be 80 and then the next walk will be 65 (I don't think my effort changes much day to day) , miles (remember i do the same walk every day so this should not change) and number of steps. Overall the only solution is to switch to a garmin.

I am not the biggest fan of Fitbit, nor in the habit of praising Fitbit, but in general all wrist worn HR devices have issues. My Charge 4 can be quite erratic at times, and I use a Polar armband heart rate monitor as a second device for my workouts.
I am not saying your specific Versa isn't a problem. For some perspective, the Quantified Scientist on YouTube does excellent reviews of fitness devices. Here is the Versa review.
I do have one suggestion for you. If you haven't, try using the "Walk" exercise, and manually starting/stopping your walks, and using GPS. Then you will know if your pace was faster or slower, etc. when you compare stats.

It might help to make a log of these walks to look at the actual variations-- maybe the last 15 walks (1 month). Or do you have stats to share? If they average out to what is accurate, then I wouldn't worry too much. If they average out to something wild, then that would be an issue.

It would be good to know what the definition of "different" really is. Especially since the Fitbit devices (not to mention our bodies) can vary in normal operation.
