Hello @nats1!
A good starting point would be to define what you mean by "super fit".
To some people it might mean walking 50 yards on the flat.
To others, running a marathon.
To someone else, playing a round of golf.
Or climbing a mountain.
Or getting dressed without breathlessness.

If mean "noob" to exercising, start with a more reasonable goal - just to start getting more exercise.

The same thing you'd do without the fitbit: eat right and sweat your **ahem** off.

Find an activity you like and do it. I live in a city and rely on public transit, so I do a LOT of walking, which I love. I find ways to add in steps during my commute. I do walking videos in the morning and any time I need to get more steps. Sometimes I'll use the treadmill in my apartment building's fitness center or go to the park across the street if weather permits. During the summer, my city offers free outdoor fitness classes three days a week, so I've been doing a barre/ballet aesthetic class on Wednesdays. If you can, join a gym and talk with a trainer (which I admit I haven't done; I'm kind of going it alone).

If you are looking to get more linked to your FitBit you could check out the compatible apps. If you go into your account tab on your phone, you should find it there. Sounds like FitStar might be something you want to try. You can use it for free, but if you want to do more work outs per week with it then you need to go premium. I personally use FitStar yoga.
