where is data when new account is established

Does Fitbit store the data when it appears that the data is no longer appearing on the computer or phone.

I would go to the help forums and look up your device.  Each device is different.  The answer might be there.....

@rfrogger  Your data is stored on the Fitbit server and is safe. Your data is also kept in your tracker for a full seven days (the previous 23 days are just basic data) unless your battery dies.

 

How are you viewing the dashboard to see your steps?
