It's been pretty easy in my area to get fresh fruit or really pretty bananas lately. So I opt for fresh fruit after working out. It seems to satisfy. I'm not super hungry lately so I go with that feeling and use water to keep me hydrated. Kind makes those mini bars that have nuts, caramel or dark chocolate for 100 calories. That satisfies too. It's crunchy and nutty.
