HI!
I'm looking for pre-workout supplement suggestions. I really want something with Biotin and LOTS of Vitamin B12. Does anyone know of any good ones? I was thinking of getting Women's Elite, but it has gotter pretty mixed reviews.

For a good pre-workout I'd always recommend MyPre from www.myprotein.com.
Stick to the usage instructions, and don't ingore the detox week, and you'll be just fine. I use it religiously and it helps me lift harder and heavier, and also gives a huge boost for intense cardio. Many people will tell you that supplements are a scam, but the vast majority either haven't used or haven't used correctly. To put things in perspective, I'm an amateur bodybuilder and my suplement budget rarely exceeds £50 every three months.
just watch the b12 intake though, read the labels on your supps and don't overdose. Too much B12 can screw about with the nerves in your extremities.
The real question is, are you looking for a pre-workout (as in boosting supplement) or something more like a general suplement that can be used before a workout (like BCAA)? I'm always happy to give further info, and should be able to make some good recommendations based on what your end goal is.

"Well I mean like protein bars and protein shakes are something you don't need. Those are artificial. Foods like brown rice, fruits, veggies, beef from cattle are more of what you need versus those supplements."
What exactly makes you qualified to pontificate on what *I* need?
Do you know howe many situps I do a day? How many squats, press up or miles I run?
Brown Rice is 2.6% protein, for *ME* to get *MY* protein needs from brown rice I would need to eat five thousand calories worth of brown rice.
Whey is 80% protein, for *ME* to get *MY* protein needs from whey I need to eat about a thousand calories worth
I'd love to get my protein from fillet steak, but my budget doesnt quite stretch that far.
I'm not telling *YOU* that *YOUR* diet is wrong for *YOU*, but its wildly inappropriate for me, because we are at different stages and on a different journey
If what you do works for you, thats great, but just because it works for you, it doesnt mean it will work for other people.
You may note, I asked questions of the original poster and explained what I do and why.
