I started a caloric deficit today, it's about 1:43 and I have already put in 711 calories, and put out 1,226. Am I going too quickly??

I am not sure what you are asking, but I am going to take a stab at it. Your caloric deficit is measured by the day, not by an interval. So if you are 300 calories under at noon, it doesn't mean that by dinner you won't be 300 over and by late night 200 under. It is your overall day that you want to look at.
So let's say you set yourself a 500 calorie deficit. At the end of the day, there should be 500 calories less going in then out- but all total you should not exceed your TDEE.
In other words, you burn let's say 1800 calories per day. You want to eat 1300 calories. how you eat those 1300 is up to you. I tend to eat more between dinner and snack at night. During the day I only eat about 700 calories. Between dinner and evening popcorn I easily make up the 900 to keep me at my current weight. I hope this answers it for you....

Hi Savannah! First things first, you said you had eaten, or put in, 711 calories and burned off, or put out, 1,226 calories at around 1:43. The way a caloric deficit diet works is you take in 500-1,000 calories less than you normaly would in a day. So according to how many calories you had eaten and burned by 1:43, you had a caloric deficit of 515. So you are actually right around where you want to be! Keep up the good work honey!
