I don't understand the calorie chart; calories in and calories out/burned. I always seem to be under, what does that mean?

Hi @SunsetRunner In the simplest terms it means you are eating less calories than you are burning, creating a calorie deficit, which is what you need to lose weight. Depending on how large the deficit is determines how quickly you lose weight. If you sent weight loss goals in the Fitbit app, it will determine what your calorie intake should be to achieve those goals, thus your goal each day would be to stay aligned to that target. So, do I want to be over or under? I understand 'in the zone' is where I WANT to be, but is it worse to be in the under or the over zones?
