Daily Water Intake Quota.

I  need assistance on how to meet my daily water intake quota.  Any and all tips are welcomed!

I struggle everyday to do this, I will be keeping an eye out for anyone who posts.  I do try to grab two glasses before I have my morning tea but other than that I struggle too.

I drink a 16 oz glass of water before breakfast. I drink the second one before lunch. I drink the third one before dinner and one more about an hour later. just plan it into your day. I don't sip through out, I just chug it down at specific times and get on with things. If I am thirsty, then I drink more.

You can try to drink a glass of water before each meal and also before to go to sleep. I've tried this and it has worked for me 😁
