I'm currently in college and living in an apartment so I only have limited access to the dining halls on campus. I've been finding it hard to plan healthy, well-rounded meals. Any advice for doing this on a budget and with some time constraints due to a packed schedule?

I love grab and go foods. Get some baggies or cheap containers, raw veggies, fruit, cheese, nuts. These are your snacks.
It is way cheaper to buy a can or bag of nuts and portion them out yourself. Yogurt too, add fruit and some nuts and you have a cheap healthy breakfast
if you have a fridge grab a rotisserie chicken, pick it off the bones and add to a bagged salad, with toppings, nuts, cheese, it can be a large healthy meal. Make up chicken salad, open broth and make soup, throw in some of the diced carrots and celery, add pasta. Keep it simple.

Basilchives just reminded me, overnight oats are a quick, tasty, healthy, and inexpensive breakfast choice. Easy to make too. There's lots of recipes online and you can make and keep 5 days worth maybe a weeks worth in your fridge. It's basically Greek yogurt, milk of your choice, I use almond milk, old fashioned oats (rolled oats). frozen fruit and or berries. I like to add some honey on top, stir and into the fridge overnight. Enjoy.

I am addicted to these salads. This one is my favorite, but I also love the Asian Sesame as well. They are about $3 per bag, and there's more than one portion in them. Add some grilled chicken breast and voila!
