I had 11 Veggieballs with wheat grains and ratatouille at Ikea, but no idea about calories or other nutritional stats. Is anyone really good at guessing these things, or better yet, know the dish and how many calories is in it?
It looks like this

Try My Fitness Pal. They have a massive food database (though you do have to keep an eye out for accuracy) and it will sync with the Fitbit app if you link the accounts. It will show up as a meal, not individual items. They do have a really large list of Ikea foods there.

I did. They have the meatballs listed, but not the veggie balls. Unless it's called something different? But thanks for answering

I don't see it on their nutrition PDF either, but here it is for the next time you go:

Sadly it doesn't look much like the menu in Danish Ikeas. Which is surprising, because I thought all Ikeas of the world had a similar menu.
I'm gonna shoot high and say that it has 500 calories. It's a pretty small serving and doesn't seem too greasy.

Then that's not too bad! Thanks so much, Hoppy. I'll eat my veggieballs in good conscience the next time
By the way, I don't suppose you read that online and can give me the link?
