I have to get protein in every meal usually what I try to do is for breakfast I'll have four eggs scrambled then I'll add some garden fresh salsa just before the eggs are done and let that cook for a bit. For morning snack I like to mix a cup of plain non fat Greek yogurt with a scoop of chocolate whey protein. It tastes just like pudding. Lunch is usually a giant bowl of fresh Spinach with chicken and light vingerette, although I am not a big fan of any type of dressing so I usually eat it plain. Afternoon snack is raw almonds with an apple. Really starting to love almonds lol. Finally dinner is asparagus or broccoli with either chicken or steak and a baked sweet potato. For me it's all about the protein and veggies!

I’m a vegetarian so I eat things like eggs and tofu I try to do things like pair beans and rice together to make a complete protein too and occasionally have some Morningstar or other meat substitutes but I try not to do that too often.
One way that I love to add some protein to a meal is crispy tofu. It’s so easy you press the extra water out of some firm tofu slice into bite size pieces and coat in a mixture of flour, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder then cook in a little oil. Sometimes I add extra spices to my coating for more flavor but usually I toss it in some sauce once it’s nice and crispy.

I do my best to incorporate protein into every meal (and some snacks too) as I heard it's filling.
I usually read nutritional info and opt for food that's higher in protein (and fibre).
Below is how I usually do it:
Breakfast
- Eggs on Toast
- Porridge with protein powder (try to get a good flavour, some protein powder tastes rather weird)
- Special K cereal with trim milk and yogurt
- PB on Toast
Lunch
- Teriyaki chicken sushi
Dinner
- Black-bean quesadillas
- Spag bol with high-protein pasta with kidney beans and beef
Snacks
- Pistachios and peanuts
- Crunchy chickpeas (drain can, throw in oven after seasoning it)

Hi everyone ! Actually I don't consume protein but once I was traveling and my aunt loved to made me go to the gym with her. There she asked for two banana shakes with protein and I have to admit that it was delicious!

I have a 100% Whey Protein shake in the morning and after a hard workout.
For me, I find Gold Standard 100% Whey the best.
My morning shakes are mixed with a banana, strawberrys and Kale to make them yummy. My after workout shakes are a little more bland...I usally just add a banana to make them eatable! 🙂

Natural and healthy proteins... like lentils and beans. I just love lentils, they are so good.

Protein is really easier to get than you think. I'm mainly vegan but my family isn't. So usually I'll make up a small pot of lentils and another of quinoa at the beginning of the week. Both of these are the basics and easy to incoporate into delicious meals throughout the week. Think quinoa salad with spinach, avocado, lemon vinegarette, cucumber, onion, and cilantro.
Lentil wraps, lentils over rice and veggies, OHSHEGLOWS has an awesome lentil and walnut loaf. I sprinkle nuts or seeds over my salads. It's easy, cheaper and better for you and the planet than meat.
I also eat a lot of chickpeas and make my own hummus in large batches. whydontyoucook.wordpress has a tasty Moroccan stew that is vegan, full of protein and great for fall.
