Hey Everyone,
I wanted to list out some of my favorite low calorie snack that help me from over eating. Please let me know any other idea's you may have. Some of these option may have high sodium or high in carbs, they are just low on calories.
- Bread and Butter Pickle Slices
- A couple of Strawberries sliced with 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
- A serving of unsalted mixed nuts
- Steamed Snow Peas / Sometimes with soy sauce
- Shrimp Cocktail
- Salted tomato slices

My list is very versatile, it goes like this:
-Bread sticks/ crackers (local ones from my country which are different to the ones consumed in western countries)
-Digestive/ wheat biscuits
-Peanuts
-Pumpkin seeds
-Some fruit
and if I'm feeling extra "healthy", I would go for a scoop of protein mixed with yogurt, an under-200-calories-high-protein snack.
