Hi everyone! I wanted to share with you this awesome recipe I tried over the weekend. I found it very easy to prepare, it's delicious and healthy to eat. Here it is:
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 chicken breasts fillets
1/2 or 1 tsp ground thyme
Vegetable cooking spray
No salt needed! ![]()
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Stir well. Brush each chicken breast fillet with the mustard mixture. Place chicken in a baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Add the thyme over each chicken breast. Cover the baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
You can combine this recipe with veggies or a great salad.
Enjoy!
